I found the reception staff helpful. They gave bus, train, and taxi information easily. breakfast included hot items with a nice variety of pastries. The coffee was good. since my departure was early, they packed a to-go bag for me. the room was new and immaculate, including the bathroom decor!
the shower area was rather small! and shower head pressure was too much

the room was quite spacious and clean. there was a comfortable bed, a tv, and fast wi-fi available. adjustable blinds were installed on the window, too, made for good sleep.

all the staff were friendly both at the front desk and during breakfast. the receptionist was helpful and gave very good advice. the staff prepared breakfast the evening before because i was traveling early.

the breakfast included a good variety of foods. i appreciated the helpful staff who offered good recommendations. the suggested restaurant provided amazing food. cleaning room service waited for us to leave, and they cleaned fast while we were at breakfast.
the ac went off in the night. the room became warm.

The location near Termini station was quite convenient. I found several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The Colosseum was about a twenty-minute walk, a nice option when the weather cooperates. The staff was helpful .
The breakfast selection, while decent, remained unchanged each day. I found this a little monotonous over several days.

The front desk provided quick assistance with directions. They helped with my luggage storage after checkout. I appreciated their readiness to help with various requests.

The hotel features a functional elevator, a great help with luggage. My room included USB connections by the bed, VERY useful. Opening the windows was an additional benefit.

The breakfast was disappointing. It lacked variety. my room faced the street, and the noise was noticeable, especially at night. additionally, i found the bed to be quite uncomfortable.
